Nice clean facility. They have a wash station for your camper, RV or boat. Tire gauges as well. Have had my boat there for a few years with no complaints.

The spaces are narrow and the electrical is basically non-existent. Although electrical is an included amenity in the monthly rent, the tenant is responsible to turn on the electrical every 4 hours which we were unaware of until we checked on our RV and found the batteries were dead. It was then we learned the electrical was not 24/7, rather is on a 4-hour timer (timer switch located 16 spaces away from our space) which we needed to activate ourselves daily or rely on another tenant to do it. Stored in the space next to our RV was a facility workers pickup truck. He asked that we please move our RV over a bit to make it easier for him to get into his space. Although we were 100% within our narrow space, we moved it for him. In return he said he would switch the power on for us. But the next time we checked our RV, our RV was unplugged and the batteries were dead. With 3 weeks left on our month rent, we found another location with covered parking and 24/7 electricity and notified Arrowhead we would be moving our RV. Per our Lease Agreement, we forfeit the 3 weeks balance of the month rent and they do not have to, and advised they are not going to, refund our deposit for over a month. It would have been nice if they refunded at least part of the rent since they didn’t tell us prior to renting that the electrical was "on a 4-hour timer" and our responsibility to not only plug into, but turn on and monitor daily. Sheila now advised that on their web page it states “temporary” electrical. Seems we should have visited their web page rather than rely on the Manger to properly inform us. If you don’t need power to trickle-charge your batteries and don’t mind narrow spaces with higher end priced rent, this place is for you.
