I recently acquired a storage unit at the Extra Space Storage at the Farnam St. location in Elkhorn, NE, I would just like to say I really enjoy the customer service I was met with. Craig was very helpful in many aspects with guiding me in my decision making process. He frequently checked on changing storage rates to insure that everything was in my best interest. Thanks a lot!

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but the customer service i had today was INCREDIBLE. I move out of my apartment next week and needed a storage unit ASAP, so i called and spoke with a woman on the phone. After, the store manager (named Craig) from this location called to introduce himself and wanted to answer any/ all questions I had. Saying he was helpful would be an understatement. I had a million different questions to ask him and he patiently answered every single one. He also took the time to show me around the unit, made sure my code and lock worked, and he provided me with extra (extremely helpful) tips/ information about the storage unit. He went above and beyond what most people give in customer service and made my renting experience here very pleasant. I hope a raise comes his way in the near future cause he deserves it! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Love this place! Super nice people. My dad and I had to find a last minute place to park his jeep for a few months and luckily Extra Space Storage had a spot for him right away. When we arrived it was very easy to access the gate and the storage garage was very clean. Thank you guys for being awesome! You are the best.

We had to close out one of our storage units and the process was seamless. Craig walked us through it and he is always so willing to help and answer all our questions! I would highly recommend using Craig over at Extra Space Storage in Elkhorn!
