The online support was superb. Then, not 10 minutes after I had signed my rental, Lou called me from the storage facility I’ll be using. Lou was great, he took me over to the storage unit the show it to me. This is the first time I’ve used a storage facility and I’m off to a great start. Lou and his staff are very accommodating. They accept large home building items and coordinate the placement of these items in our garage units so we do not have to be there. THAT'S GREAT! The grounds being impeccable and the security features they offer are important to us.

Terrible experience with this company, not only did they raise our prices randomly (check reviews on every other site) but my unit was also damaged and most of our things destroyed by water damage that they failed to mention to us. Absolutely terrible company to rent from. When asked who to talk to about the water damage they stated that we declined the insurance. To bad for them there is a reasonable expectation of dry climate for our things. They will be hearing from our insurance and our attorney when we take them to small claims court for whatever insurance doesn’t cover.
