And again, they raised the rate... I questioned the rate they said, "Don't expect a rate increase every six months, but like clock work every six months, there was a rate increase." I started at under 200 now at 300... and increase every 6 months, and they blame inflation. Fact is I pay on time and they want more... so more places will offer storage, and what will they do? Major security flaws, gates ulock automatically from the inside when you vehicle apoches the gates as you exit, meaning no keycode is required to exit, and it's easy to "tailgate " into the lot behind someone opening the gate as the gates retract and return slowly. They've gotten a lot of reviews because they promised ten percent off on your next bill if you gave them a google review. Promise not kept for me, guess my review didn't meet justification for a ten percent discount. From my previous review... Rate went up three times, riding the inflation band wagon. Facility has had break-in issues in the past and lacks coded gate exiting, so lock your stuff. The gate has been broken but quickly fixed. Facility has cameras, and staff, when available, is helpful. Space is a little tight but maneuverable. sometimes, there is heavy traffic on Dixie Farm Rd due to its immediate proximity to 45. Entry turn from Dixie Farm has the risk of falling into ditch as there is no guard rail. Otherwise, place is just your average storage place.

Property is clean and secure! The manager Ceade was a doll! Would recommend this storage facility to everyone. Especially if you. Red a storage unit ASAP and within the neighborhood!
