Rude and incompetent customer service, allows illegal activity on property, prices are outrageous, after 15 years of doing business here we left and will never be back. Considering yourself warned, you will regret it if you make the mistake of coming here.

Great place, great security, friendly people, decent prices and 24 hour access. Can’t get too much better than that especially around here. I don’t have a storage unit here. My girlfriend does. Oh, I mean, my friend, who used to be my girlfriend.

I was in the process of buying a new trailer and once paid for I had 48 hours to get it off the JW lot, Maycliff had zero understanding of the DMV process for registration and even though the trailer has a 30 day temporary plates they won't accept them. All paperwork for the trailer, title, registration ect. Was due before I they would even begin with the background check, all this for an RV park with no amenities to hell with them. Go to Sam's Town RV park they are the bomb!

This is the coolest storage facility. Its open 24 hrs, 1st, and foremost. The hospitality shown by the 2 ladies upon my arrival was unmatched. I took the unit because of them. However, every employee Ive met since then has had the same professional demeanor. Thank you guys.
