Told me I had access to their dumpster. Within 20 minutes of securing my unit. The rules changed and there was a lock on the dumpster.

Paid for 2 months and a week later I didnt need the storage unit. I went for a refund, I obviously didn't expect the entire amount back. This was June 23 2019 and I even gave them the benefit of everything going through the next business day. It is now July 11 2019 and no refund back into my account. Awful customer service at the national 1-800. The folks inside this particular location are very nice.
