The people are nice Jose Rodriguez and Gina D. Very Knowledgable. You can pay over the phone. Great security. You need a password to get in. Great Location! Down Fall: no fees waved, but you can set up to have auto pay so you don't have late fees... They also sell boxes and Locks and tape, and most moving supplies. They also have numerous locations around the Valley

Recently I was needing a storage unit while my house was under construction. I went to two other storage companies and I honestly felt dismissed by one and the other one had, what looked like a teenager running things, she barely knew how to answer the phone. So I didn’t feel comfortable leaving heirlooms there. THANKFULLY I found this place and read their reviews before going in. Immediately I was greeted by the warmest welcome from Gina! She explained every last detail to me, gave me options and guided me through the whole process. Gina is a true professional and I’m confident that my property is in the best hands possible. The whole place was clean and looked really nice! Without Gina I’m not sure what I would’ve done. Thirty seconds with Gina and you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about. I left feeling like I just made a friend, and that feels good! Thank you Gina for your kindness, knowledge, professionalism and humor that puts people at ease!

Hunter is an amazing person and employee. He helped us out with storing my daughters stuff while waiting for her move in date for college.He was amazing and even helped us unload and load her items to and from the car to the storage locker. Great personality great employee and great helper kind considerate and very helpful . We will most likely be back with friends and family at the end of this year …..
